Whichever fishing trip you have in mind, just let your captain know and he will work hard to make it happen. Check the bite on the shallow flats and back bay for Spanish Mackerel, Redfish, Black Drum, Flounder, Sheepshead, and Speckled Trout. Test the water around docks, bridges, and shallow grass flats. You will be using light tackle and live baits.

If the weather cooperates, make a run to the area’s many wrecks. Target Snapper, Triggerfish, Grouper, King Mackerel, Jacks, and many more using cut and live baits.

Destin Backcountry Fishing will take you out aboard a 22’ Sea Hunt center console. This is a seaworthy boat, which comes powered by a 150 HP Yamaha engine with a top cruising speed of 30 knots. There is plenty of fishing space for up to six anglers.

The versatile boat performs well on both shallow flats and offshore waters. It is outfitted with many professional accessories and electronics to save your time while searching for fish. All aboard!

The trips come with all the licenses needed, as well as quality gear, tackle, and bait. When you return to shore with your ‘catch of the day’, it will be cleaned, filleted, and freezer bagged.
